How MOP Lab works:
Everything starts with us stumbling on a flavor that makes us look at each other and go, “Okay… this could be something.”
Maybe it’s a taste from our travels, a spice from back home, or just a crazy idea we can’t let go.

Then we head into the lab and mess around with dough, fire, toppings — whatever it takes to make the idea real. After that, our friends, regulars, and a few brutally honest testers get their say. If they love it (or fight over the last slice), it earns its spot on the menu.

That’s the Mystery way.
